Life & Play Studio builds tools exclusively for adult parents, family caregivers, and households. We do not knowingly collect, request, or store identifying information about children under 13 years of age, complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy standards. Please do not enter children's full names, dates of birth, or sensitive health notes into any open text fields.
2. How the Planning Tools and Worksheets Work
Our interactive web planners and digital worksheets operate entirely inside your local web browser. When you type notes into a worksheet, those characters remain in your browser's active memory; they are not submitted, transmitted to our servers, or saved in a remote database. If you refresh or close the browser tab, the typed notes are cleared. Use your browser's Print command or "Save as PDF" button if you want to keep your completed plan.
3. Self-Hosted Fonts and Zero Tracking in This Preview
To protect your privacy and ensure fast loading without third-party surveillance, the Kanit font files used on this site are hosted directly on our own infrastructure. Your browser never contacts third-party font networks (such as Google Fonts) when visiting our pages. In this preview edition, there are no advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party marketing pixels installed.
4. Aggregate Measurement (When Enabled)
When public measurement is enabled, we use lightweight, privacy-first web analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that measure aggregate page visits and referrers without using cookies, fingerprinting devices, or tracking personal identity. We do not pass planner inputs, child age bands, or private entries to analytics beacons.
5. Digital Purchases and Fulfillment
When you purchase a printable pack or digital guide, payment processing and sales tax collection are handled securely by an authorized Merchant of Record (such as Lemon Squeezy). We receive confirmation of your order and email address to fulfill digital download delivery and provide customer support, but we never see or store your payment card numbers.
